Home Made Tortilla Chips

How about going back to homemade?

For a quick, easy and low-fat snack, try making your own tortilla chips. Stack five tortillas and cut the stack into eight wedges, like a mini pizza, to make 40 wedges. Arrange in a single layer on two baking sheets and coat lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with 1/2-teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional). Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven 7 to 10 minutes or until crisp. Serve warm or let cool and store in a plastic bag at room temperature up to five days.
