Roasting a Tofu Turkey

- Carefully remove plastic casing and place thawed roast in covered casserole dish with vegetables such as potatoes, carrots and onions.
- Pour a baste (try olive oil and herbs) over roast, reserving some for later.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Pour remaining baste over roast. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
