Roasting a Tofu Turkey

Wondering what to do with your Tofurky Roast once you get it home? It's simple with these instructions:

  • Carefully remove plastic casing and place thawed roast in covered casserole dish with vegetables such as potatoes, carrots and onions.
  • Pour a baste (try olive oil and herbs) over roast, reserving some for later.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Pour remaining baste over roast. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
