B and M Vegetarian Canned Beans

Baked Beans from B and M Vegetarian Canned Beans

Canned Vegetarian Beans are pea beans (navy) or small white beans in a meatless tomato sauce that are mildly seasoned.

Serving Up Those Beans

B & M Vegetarian Beans are packed in 8 oz., 16 oz. and 28 oz. cans and are 99 percent fat free. Other brands are very good, but it is our humble opinion B & M are the best to be found on your grocers shelves.

You can use these beans right out of the can - eat them cold if you wish! But they are better warm so heat and serve alone or use as directed in your recipes that call for canned baked beans. To jazz them up a bit, you could add onion, garlic, catsup, barbecue sauce, or mustard to vary the flavors.

Serve vegetarian beans in casseroles or in baked beans. They also go very well with pork and chicken.
